Our policies are grouped into four 'strategies' - Safeguarding (SG), Health and Safety (HS), Human Resources (HR) and Engagement (ENG).

Each strategy is divided into four important sections:

Section 1    The main policy

Section 2    A policy summary, making clear how the main policy should be implemented (Summary of appropriate actions)

Section 3    Significant linked policies, where one strategy overlaps with another (eg whistleblowing)

Section 4    Reference section including minor policies, professional guidance and information (eg Guidance on hazardous plants)
